We have many exciting updates to share this summer.
First, our parent company CDMDeutschland is announcing a newly registered company, Cyrus Panel Corporation. Cyrus Panel Corporation will be registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This decision removes barriers for our US-based investors, making it easier to create and own a Cyrus Panel manufacturing plant in the US. Next, the office of TUV in Germany is creating a team of engineers to investigate the Cyrus Panel Lightweight Structural Panel, the structure of which is proprietary information and never-before-seen in the building materials market. We are very excited to work with TUV, this is a major step on the road to getting Cyrus Panel to the global mass market.
February 2023
The first Cyrus Panel villa has received its finishing touches. Within a month, it will be for sale in the housing market.
The villa is equipped with a fireplace, sauna, indoor pool, parking lot, and modern amenities.
The 115 structural Cyrus Panels used in construction were finished with plaster of cement on the interior, and tiles on the exterior.
November 2022
Cyrus Panel representatives attended Bauma 2022 in Munich. Bauma is an international trade show in the building materials and construction industry. Bauma only takes place once every 3 years in Germany.
At Bauma, we were able to discuss the Cyrus Panel lightweight structural panel with many developers, investors, and innovators from all over the world. Attendees were very interested to learn that Cyrus Panel technology does not require a mold, beams, blocks, or drywall.
Cyrus Panel is entering its 3rd generation of production, and our panels will be ready for rigorous testing in Spring 2023. After testing, we are looking for investors that can bring our panels to the international market.
Investors and partners in the construction and non-profit industries that have a need for fast, reliable, short-term housing will find a great solution in Cyrus Panel. Cyrus Panel’s custom-designed 500 sq.ft. homes can be erected in 24 hours. We are particularly interested in working with organizations that provide housing to refugees.

The Russia/Ukraine war has created an urgent need for refugee shelters and new housing. While Cyrus Panel wishes for no wars, the reality is that this type of emergency shelter is constantly in demand all over the globe.
We are working hard to bring our panels to market with the goal of putting affordable, sturdy, and climate-agnostic building materials in the hands of those who need it most.

March 2022
The pandemic has mostly subsided in all the areas where Cyrus Panel operates.
Throughout the entire last year, we have been continuing our Research & Development phase, although it was slowed due to the pandemic conditions. Still, the Cyrus Panel villa project was able to proceed and is now near completion.
We are now working on the 3rd generation of the Cyrus Panel fabrication machines. The quality of the Cyrus Panels is much improved, and ready to be used across the world as a global building material.
We are expecting to launch the product in 2022 in Europe.

Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, our long-term plan for Cyrus Panel production has unfortunately been held back. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel. We have officially resumed our work as of April 2021 and we have great plans for the future.
When the crisis started in 2020, all of our activities related to constructing Cyrus Panels homes came to an abrupt stop. At that time, March 2020, we were producing Cyrus Panels using our 2nd generation of factory machines, and working on the design for our 3rd generation machines. We had also nearly completed rough construction on 2 houses made with 2nd generation Cyrus Panels.
All construction projects abruptly came to a halt during the 2020 lockdowns. Instead of continuing our construction projects, we switched gears and focused on the design and development of our 3rd generation factory machines. We are on-track to release our 3rd generation of Cyrus Panels mid-summer 2021. Our 3rd generation panels will be higher-quality with more functional details. We are so excited to share them with you and eventually bring them to the market.
We are happy to announce that this spring, we have already resumed the finish-work of 2 microvillas (1 and 3 bedrooms) using the 2nd generation panels.
